Block print from a linoleum plate on 120-gram fine grain paper in the color citrus. Speedball water-based block printing ink in the colors green, leaf green, fluorescent blue, orange, and black.

This print has three colors. That means I carved three separate linocuts for the different color layers. Then I created a reference frame on transparent paper to align the color layers with each other.

I started by printing the background, then the orange beaks and trunk, and finally the black birds. In between, I let the layers dry thoroughly. Afterwards, I signed and dated the prints.
