Exchanges
Would you rather exchange it? No problem! That's possible within the legal period of 14 days after delivery. Shipping costs are at your own expense and are equal to the amount of the initial shipment.
You can request a return label from me, for the item you wish to exchange, by replying to your order's shipping confirmation e-mail.
Please note: exchanges cannot be made through the order history in your account.
I will send you a payment request for the return label via email. In most cases, this will be for a mailbox parcel at €4.25. If there are any costs to be settled due to price differences, this will also be done at this stage.
You will receive a subsequent email where you can download the return label. Print it out and stick the new label on top of the old one on the packaging in which you received the parcel.
Once I have received the product in unused and undamaged condition within the return period, I will prepare the new shipment.
You will receive a new shipping confirmation with track & trace details once the package has been sorted by PostNL.
