Refund policy

Exchanging or returning of prints and postcards, ordered in the webshop, is possible within the legal period of 14 days. Custom work cannot be returned.

You can contact me by responding via e-mail to your shipping confirmation or filling in the contactform on the website. I will send you a new shippinglabel that you can stick onto the packaging, to then hand it over to PostNL. Products must be in undamaged condition and the return costs are at your own expense.

When I have received the products I will confirm the returned order. The refund will be requested at Mollie and the amount will be charged back to your account within 28 days.
