Shipping costs

I ship most prints for €4.25 as a mailbox parcel via PostNL. Postcards and A6 prints can also be sent as regular mail. Within Amsterdam, I deliver by bike in selected areas for €2.50. You can find all rates here.
Bicycle delivery (Amsterdam)

Do you live in Amsterdam in the postal code areas 1011, 1012, 1013, 1015, 1016, 1017, 1018, 1021, 1031, 1051, 1052? For €2.50, I can also deliver your order by bike. I always aim to do this within two days. This option will appear automatically at checkout once you have entered a matching postal code.
Packaging prints (mailbox parcel)
Package lost or damaged

If your package is lost or damaged, you can get in touch by replying to your order's shipping confirmation email. Many lost packages turn up a few days later. If it is truly lost or damaged, I will reship the ordered product.
Exchange & returns

Exchanges and returns are possible within the legal period of 14 days. Shipping costs are at your own expense. Read everything about exchanging here. Read everything about returning here.
