Returns
Would you rather exchange it? No problem! You can return items within the statutory 14-day period after delivery. Shipping costs are at your own expense and are equal to the amount of the initial shipment.
You can request a return label from me by replying to the shipping confirmation e-mail of your order.
Alternatively, if you have an account, you can also log in and request a return for an order yourself.
I will send you a payment request for the return label by email. In most cases, this will be a mailbox parcel costing €4.25.
You will receive a subsequent email where you can download the return label. Print it out and stick the new label on top of the old label on the packaging in which you received the package.
Once I have received the product within the return period in an unused and undamaged condition, I will submit a request to Mollie Payments to refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) to your account. The processing time for refunds is a maximum of 28 days.
