The kiss at De Komedie
The story behind this drawing is really sweet. These people kissed for the first time on the steps in front of De Kleine Komedie after one of my shows. Two years of dating later, I made this drawing for them.
I sketched it out in black linework and colored it with Kolormarc alcohol markers. I also added a very light wash of color to the sky and the ground to enhance the evening atmosphere.
